How is support coverage handled?
Coverage is built around a standardized stack, automation, and documented escalation paths. Security monitoring is backed by a vetted 24/7 SOC partner, and after-hours incidents follow defined escalation so urgent issues do not sit in a generic queue.
How is pricing structured?
Flat per-user, per-month for the managed-IT base. Everything in the agreement is unlimited — help desk, projects under a defined scope, monitoring, patching, asset management. Major projects (cloud migrations, network overhauls, M&A integrations) are scoped separately so there are no surprises.
Will you work with our existing systems and vendors?
Yes. We’ll audit what you have and recommend a transition path. We’re biased toward our standardized stack (M365, S1, Huntress, N-able Backup Cove, WatchGuard/Unifi) because reproducibility makes us faster and your environment cheaper to support — but we won’t force a rip-and-replace if your current tools are working.
What’s your SLA?
99.9% uptime target on managed infrastructure. <15-minute response on P1 incidents (system down, security event, major outage). P2/P3 response and resolution targets are defined in the MSA with monthly reporting against them.
Do you sign cyber-insurance documentation?
Yes. We’ll fill out carrier questionnaires, attest to controls we operate (MFA coverage, EDR, backup retention, privileged access), and provide evidence packages your underwriter needs. We also flag where your current posture won’t pass — before you submit.
