The story

Founded in 2005. Focused on South Florida.

I started Primetime IT Solutions because the local MSP options for South Florida small businesses fell into two camps: scrappy break-fix shops that disappeared after hours, or large MSPs that treated SMBs like the wrong size of customer. I wanted a third option — tight, accountable, and built to enterprise standards.

Twenty years in, the model still works because the stack is standardized, the reporting is honest, and the work is guided by senior technical judgment. AI gives the practice more leverage without adding unnecessary layers between clients and the people accountable for outcomes.
